You will be excited to hear that we now do battered fish & chips at The Fish Factory for our coeliac customers using our finest beer batter from Estrella Damm gluten free beer, which makes batter extra crispy.

If you do not already know, we have stocked Estrella Damm at The Fish Factory restaurants for a while now and this is proving to be very popular amongst our coeliac customers.  This beer is specially produced by Estrella Damm, a well known Spanish brewer.  This beer has been well taste tested by our chefs and they can guarantee the only side effect was a little bit of a headache!  This beer is on sale in all our restaurants and is ice cold and waiting for you to try and you don’t have to be coeliac to enjoy it trust me!

Don’t forget our winter warmer Sunday roast dinners both at Food and The Fish Factory restaurants.  At Food our roast is available every day and at The Fish Factory exclusively available on Sundays.  We buy the best British cuts of meat so rest assured everything is freshly cooked every day and smothered with our own homemade bone gravy sauce, still only £11 at Food restaurant and £10 at The Fish Factory restaurants and don’t forget kids can eat a roast dinner for £1 on Sundays at Food.
