Christmas is coming – celebrate in style with Proto Restaurant Group!

You will be please to know that we will be serving traditional Christmas dinner at Food, and at both of our Fish Factory restaurants. There is something for everyone – with vegetarians also well catered for. If you fancy the infamous ambience of Food restaurant, for starters, you can choose from four delicious dishes, including Sussex Pork & Game Ale Knackwurst which is a sausage recipe of pork and game, fresh herbs served with sweetened shallots, cooked to perfection by our award-winning chef. For the main course, you can choose from five beautiful dishes including: Coriander & Sage Dusted Lamb, which is dressed rump served with leek & mustard potato mash and a vegetable parcel.
