This kind of luxury food can never be eaten on its own so this is why at The Fish Factory we have taken on the task of revamping our wine cellar. The search was a complete success and we welcome on board two new English wines to The Fish Factory, and it doesn’t end there as these new finds aren’t just English wines, they are Sussex based as well. What an achievement…
The first wine we want to share with you is a still white wine from the Albourne Estate in Hassocks. The Bacchus is an award winning wine right from our home county of Sussex. An extra special taste comes out of the Bacchus as it is crafted from an early and late pick of grapes. This technique creates greater interest and balance in the wine.

The second wine we want to introduce to you is the Court Garden Classic Cuvée from Ditchling in West Sussex. This is an award winning English sparkling wine that accompanies our Grand Platter Royale perfectly. It can indeed be enjoyed on its own but it really does begin to sing with a plate of some our finest seafood.
